In all these 3 questions Electrophillic aromatic substitution reaction occurs and in question 10, the electrophile is the Nitrite ion (NO2+) . So we get the product 2 as the main product.

In question 11, the electrophile is the bromonium ion (Br+) . So we get product 2 as the major product. Here the meta product can't be formed due to lack of electron density at the meta position during the electrophillic attack.It is a case of friedelcrafts alkylation.

In question 12, the eletrophile is acylium ion. So we get product 4 as the major product. It is a case of friedelcrafts acylation.
