concentration of F- = 1.0 x 10^-4 M

CaF2 (s)   ------------> Ca2+ (aq) + 2 F- (aq)

Q = [Ca2+][F-]^2

   = (1.0 x 10^-4) (1.0 x 10^-4)^2

Q = 1.0 x 10^-12

Ksp = 4.0 x 10^-11

here Q < Ksp . so precipitate will not form
