Unit of rate is mol/L●min.

Then as per the given rate law:

Rate = K[A]1/2[B]-1

mol/L●min = K (mol0.5 L-0.5)(mol-1 L+1)

K = mol(1-0.5+1)L(-1+0.5-1)min-1

K = mol1.5 L-1.5 min-1

Or K = mol3/2/L3/2●min

Therefore, 1st Option is the correct answer.
