Hi there, the formula for strong bases like KOH, LiOH, NaOH is

LiOH ==> Li^+ + OH-

1 mol LiOH gives 1 mol Li^+ & 1 mol OH- ions, so concentration of OH- = concentration of LiOH

pOH = -log[OH-] = -log[0.291 M] = 0.536

Answer: pOH of 0.291 M LiOH = 0.536
