Answer #1

1. True

beacause if the system is at equlibrium there is no change in the energy of reactants and products there is no energy change so delta H value is zero. so gibbs energy is either zero or it will be minimum.

2. False

if both Oxygen and Hydrogen gases are at same temprature surely oxygen has lower speed travel than Hydrogen due to molecular mass of Oxygen is more than Hydrogen Hence oxygen should be lower speed than Hydrogen. But here the temparature also matters if the temparature raises obviuosly speed of molecules also increases hence the statment is false.

3. True

4. False

if half life of first order reaction is 50min then to complete 75% it will take ariund 105 min.

5. False.

For every 10 degree temperature rate of reaction will be double here in the statement given as rising temparature from 25 degree to 50 degree rate will double. so the given statment is false

Thank you
