A Lewis base is a substance which can donate a pair electron.

(a) It is a Lewis base since it has a pair of nonbonding electron on phosphorus atom to donate.

(b) It is a Lewis acid. The octet of boron atom is not filled and it can accept a pair of electron.

(c) It is a Lewis base since it has a pair of nonbonding electron on nitrogen atom to donate.
