Metallic charecter is the property of an element by virtue of which the element can easily loose it's electron.
So basically what matters here is nuclear charge the more is the nuclear charge on the valence electron ( the electron to be ejected) , the less will be the metallic charecter.
The trend seen in the metallic charecter is , It Increases down a group and decreases along a period
For the given set of element
Rb would have the most Metallic charecter followed by Sr followed by V followed by Ni followed by Si followed By P and the least metallic would be F
so the tren is as follows
F<P<Si<Ni<V<Sr<Rb

Part C The metallic character of an element is defined as the properties typical of a metal, especially the tendency to lose electrons in chemical reactions. Arrange the following elements in order of decreasing metallic character. Rank from most to least metallic character. To rank items as equivalent, overlap them. Cs, P, Cr, F, Zn, S, Ca
Part A An atom's size is determined by how far the outermost electrons are from the nucleus. The size of an atom is affected by the size of an atom's orbitals as well as by the positive pull of an atom's protons. Arrange the following elements in order of decreasing atomic size. Rank the atoms from the largest to smallest. To rank items as equivalent, overlap them. ► View Available Hint(s) Reset Help Largest atom Smallest atom 1 Review Constant...
