Water forms hydrogen bond only with the compounds of polar nature.

i) CH3CH2NH2 is polar in nature and forms hydrogen bond with Water.

Ethylamine, CH3CH2NH2, can act as a Bronsted-Lowry base because of the lone pair of electrons present on the nitrogen atom.
