There is a doublet at 0.9 ppm and a multiplet at 1.7-1.9 ppm this represents isopropyl group.

there is no peak above 10ppm so this implies no acid group is present.

There is a triplet of 2H at 3.4-3.6 ppm that implies isopropyl is connected to a CH2 group. High chemical shift for this group can be explained as it is connected to electronegative group which can be OH.

there is a well distinguished triplet for 1H at 2.4 ppm which can be OH, this implies the OH froup is not dissociating in solvent.

So the reaction might be
