Hydrocarbons are the class of organic compounds which are only made of carbon(C) and hydrogen(H) atoms;  in which carbon atoms are bonded with each other to create the structural framework of the compound. Thus, in a hydrocarbon, there should be only carbon and hydrogen atoms.It should not contain any other elements.

In the above mentioned compounds, each of the compounds contains other elements(Nitrogen or oxygen) with carbon and hydrogen atoms. So, the compounds can not be classified as a hydrocarbon as they all contain other elements with carbon and hydrogen atoms.
