We can't predict the exact structure by IR spectroscopy only functional groups predicted.

1. Peaks at 3287&3362 are due to NH2 stretches and at 1603 for C=C . Hence compound is an amine , aniline.

2. Compound has an ester functional group.

Since it has peaks at 2962 for Sp3 CH stretch and at 1725 for C=O and at 1166 for C-O stretches.
