The amount of current passing through the heating element is

$$ I=\frac{P}{V}=\frac{800 \mathrm{~W}}{110 \mathrm{~V}}=7.27 \mathrm{~A} $$

The amout of required charge is

$$ Q=I t=(7.27 \mathrm{~A})(60 \mathrm{~s})=436 \mathrm{C}=440 \mathrm{C} $$
