H-F is a polar molecule. It is because hydrogen and fluorine has different values of electronegativity.

The more electronegative element will carry the delta negative charge and other will carry delta positive charge.

Fluorine is the most electronegative element of periodic table so, it has delta negative charge on it whereas hydrogen being less electronegative has delta positive charge on it.

Thus, option (C) is correct.
