There are two types of percent concentration: percent by mass and percent by volume. Percent by mass (m/m) is the mass of solute divided by the total mass of the solution, multiplied by 100 %.

Here Mass oF the solute,NaCl=25g

Mass oF the Solvent, water=90g

Total mass of the solution=mass of solvent+solute=90+25=115g

%mass=(mass of solute/mass of Solution)*100%

=(25/115)*100%

=21.74% mass by mass concentration solution
