pKa of HOCl = 7.53

HOCl is weak acid and Ba(OH)2 is strong base.

at the mid point,

[HOCl] = [OCl-]

Using Henderson equation,

pH = pKa + log [salt] / [acid]

or

pH = 7.53 + log (1)

or

pH = 7.53 (answer)
