Hi there, to accomplish this task we have to refer standard 13C chemical shift table which gives information on how a carbon chemical shift value in ppm is influenced by presence of substituents at various positions. For example given all set of compounds have 1 chlorine atom at different positions such as alicylic, alkene, cycloalkane, and aromatic.
I have also performed a simulation for these compounds on NMR software to ensure my assignments are true to the best of my knowledge.
