I'm not sure what the mean titre? My mean amount added is already stated in mean NaOH, is and is my actual acetic acid concentration to do with the amount added in the titration?Standardised NaOH conc (mol/L) = Initial #moles Final #mole Acetic Acid in Acetic Acid in 100 ml Sample sample sample blank N

Answer #1

See your mean NaOH volume that you have entered is in mL's (millilitres) and in next column it is asked to enter the value as mean litre .

So you enter the value of mean NaOH in litres ;

36.00 mL = 0.036 L (as 1 mL = 0.001L)

Similarly;

24.85mL = 0.02485L

7.65 mL = 0.00765L

3.05 mL = 0.00305L

And yes , your this mean litre volume of NaOH is all to do with your actual acetic acid concentration in next step .

As , actual acetic acid concention will be calculated by using the volume and Concentration of NaOH added .
