In reaction Cr2+ is being oxidised to Cr3+
The reaction at anode is:
Cr2+(aq) -> Cr3+(aq) + e-

2)
In reaction Br2 is being reduced to Br-
Br2(l) + 2e- -> 2 Br-(aq)

3)
electron are absorbed at Br2 electrode and given out at Cr2+ electrode
So,
In the external circuit, electrons migrate (from) the Cr2+,Cr3+ electrode (to) the Br2 electrode.

4)
Anion flow opposite to electron to maintain charge neutrality. So, Br2 will release anion
(To) the salt bridge (from) the Br2 compartment
