In 1H spectrum there are two peaks within 3-4 ppm implies presence of ether group.

Degree of unsaturation 20 - H - +1= 12 – 12 +1= 1

So orobablw structure is

Ha correspond to triplet at 0.97-1.00 ppm

Hb correspond to multiplet at 1.55-1.64 ppm

Ca & Cb correspond to 10.62 & 22.93 ppm respectively.

Hc correspond to triplet at 3.37-3.40 ppm

Hd correspond to doublet at 4.01-4.03 ppm

Cc & Cd correspond to 70.02 & 73.55 ppm, they can't be distinguished without correlation spectra

He correspond to multiplet at 5.81-5.87 ppm

Hf correspond to multiplet 5.12-5.16 ppm

Ce & Cf correspond to 133.78 & 166.92 ppm respectively.
