The wavelength in the film lambda = 540/1.64 nm.
There is a phase reversal on the top-surface reflection and no reversal on the 2nd surface (film to glass) reflection (since n(film)>n(glass)). Thus light traversing twice the film thickness T must undergo a phase reversal, so
T = lambda/4 = 82.31 nm.
