The combined flow rate is the rate of the Bernoulliriver:
     15 x 105 L/s
Since there are 1000 Liter in a meter cubed, this flow rateis:
     1500 m3 / s
And since flow rate is   speed * area, we can findthe speed because we know the cross section area of the riveris 150*10 = 1500 m2
So:    flow rate = speed *area
speed = flow rate / area = 1500m3 / s    / 1500m2 =    1 m/s
