I have solved the problem in excel. Screenshot attached.

1) P-Value of the equation is 0.0016

2)P value of intercept as well as independent variables (study hours and GPA) are less than 0.05.

This means, there is a significant linear relationship between independent and dependent variables.

The regression equation is:

ACT Score=12.136 + 0.727 * StudyHours + 2.045 * GPA
