In the first question the dipole is from carbon towards Fluorine so in the case of trans difluroethylene the first compound the dipole on one side is balance by the dipole on the other (same size red arrows).

In the second there is a stron dipole on one side due to two F and small dipole due to one fluorine on the other (long red arrow and small red arrow)

In the 3rd the dipole is only on one side so this is the strongest in terms of dipole. See attached picture

so the final answer is III>II>I (D)

In question teo system with 4 bonds/bond [air of electron is tetrahedral in electron geometry so except the BF3 which has 3 bond sall others have either 2, 3 bonds and 1,2 electron pair and hence is tetrahedral in electron geometry so correct answer is (B) I,II,IV, V
