We know

That a force of gravity acts downward and thus tries to bring the body towards earth. But lift force here will act upward that is in opposite directions of the gravity force.

Also

Force of gravity = 3000 N

And

Lift force = 3300 N

Now,  

Newt force = 3300 - 3000

= 300 N ( in upward direction )

Thus the net force will act in upward direction.

Thus last option is correct.
