your facility close to your labor force -is This statement is true, because, when a firm is deciding high-contact service delivery, then they should need a powerful and strong workforce along with them. Only when the firm has a close labour force, then only they can keep and continue with the high-contact service delivery.

2. Quickly testing and revising a preliminary design model is an example of Manufacturing Feasibility. - This statement is true, because quickly testing and revising a preliminary design model is the example of rapid prototyping in manufacturing feasibility. Rapid prototyping is designing process that is used to quickly facbricat a product or a model. Rapid prototyping is a method used in manufacturing for making patterns for casting a product.

3. In Service firms, the primary focus of activities is on the Back Office. -This statement is true, in service firms the primary focus is on the back office rather than front office inorder to maximize efficiency. It keeps outside influences, that is customer from distribution process, itinvolves high volume transaction like call centres, telemarketing, teleservices, mailing list management, legal transactions, etc in firms like service oriented.

Back office operations are off-site delivery of non-services including customer service, administrative services and technical supports.
