No this is not possible physically.

It is because if first measurement of S_x operator gives \hbar /2 then system will collapse in eigenstate of S_x corresponding to eigenvalue \hbar /2. Thus it won't evolve further as it in eigen state. Therefore further measurement of S_x will also give \hbar /2 not -\hbar /2.
