Answer #1

we have the equation as

\frac{1}{2}mv_0^2=mgl\sin \theta+\frac{1}{2}kl^2

solving for inclination \theta ,

mgl\sin \theta=\frac{1}{2}(mv_0^2-kl^2)

\sin \theta=\frac{1}{2mgl}(mv_0^2-kl^2)

\sin \theta=\frac{v_0^2}{2gl}-\frac{kl}{2mg}

\boldsymbol{\theta=\sin^{-1}(\frac{v_0^2}{2gl}-\frac{kl}{2mg})}
