In the case o above pictures A & B, the IQR range of the number of humans on the plane is 97 to 111. Similarly, the IQR range of the number of mosquitoes available on the plane is 0.0401 to 1.12.
This IQR is very useful to understand the range of values at which the majority of our data points lie.
