(1) Answer:- Oroville dam crisis was very dangerous. In February 2017 Oroville dam’s main and emergency spillways were significantly damaged prompting the evacuation of more than 1800 people living downstream along the feather river and the relocation of fish hatchery.

California water department repairs dam after flood. We should be always careful about it. We should do regular maintenance to dam.

SCS rainfall method was developed by the united states department of agriculture – Natural resources conservation service(USDA-NRCS). It generated four synthetic 24 hour rainfall distribution curve that cover all geographical regions of united states.
