1) Medical Benifit

The most common and also essential type of the benefits employers could offer is medical coverage. The expense of health insurance, hospital visits and doctors, vision care , dental and prescriptions are highly increasing and It is very difficult for employees to deal with it.

some employers could offer plans in saving like - Health compensation account etc .

Disability
There are always chances that an employee could be disable because of any reasons .So, one can offer himself a benifit at the time of disability.

Short-term disability generally pays a part of an employee’s salary if they become temporarily sick or are unable to work in the future. For example:In the case If an employee is out with a hernia, they could receive short-term disability payments.

And If at any of the event of a more permanent illness or injury preventing an insured employee from performing their duties, that employee could receive long-term disability payments.

3)Life

The third benifit could be a life insurance. If at any chance one of the employees pass away, life insurance benefits would provide payments to the employee’s family to cover various costs and various living expenses.

4) Retirement

The last benefit one employe can provide is the retirement benefit . It is always comes a difficult time to manage the inflation expenses after the retirement because of no income or low income . So, one employe could have some retirement plan in which some percentage of the pay check is saved as the savings and after retirement that money helps the employee a lot .
