There are a bunch of TODO's in the .py files above to complete. Most of the code is already provided. The question is as shown in the image. That's all :)

PS: if you cannot provide a solution in python, using R is okay too. NOTE: the python files uses skit library. Windows machines should already have it. Mac users might have to install it. (Same for numphy)
