Answer 2
With the advent of AI and smart machines many roles that were manually done, or required repeated actions can now be automated. Few of the roles that may disappear in the future are
Retail supervisors - Most of the retail stores are now well equipped with the technology. This relates to automation in keeping records of all the work or transaction done. Technology has also helped in updating the inventory and connecting with the supplier to replenish it. Hence, the role of retail supervisor which was to maintain efficiency and monitoring inventory is becoming insignificant.
Book-keepers - This is the recording of financial transactions and is part of accounting. With advanced software and ERP, these tasks are done on a real-time basis by individuals and not just by one person. Specialized software is also capable of summarising and analyzing this data
Stock clerks - Are people who take merchandise that has arrived, unpack, check for damage, and get it to the designated place. This role is also automated with scanners and conveyor belts that take up the job efficiently
So these are few jobs that may get eliminated in the near future
