7x + 2y = 0

finding slope of the line

2y = - 7x

dividing both sides by 2

y = -7/2 x

x = 2 , y = - 7

hence, r = sqrt ( 7^2 + 2^2 )

r = sqrt 53

sin theta = y/r

sin theta = - 7/ ( sqrt 53 )

cos theta = x/r

cos theta = 2 / ( sqrt 53)

tan theta = y/x

tan theta = - 7/2
