Answer #1

Midpoint: (Upper class limit + Lower class limit)/2

For Example:

First Class: (25 + 15)/2 = 40/2 = 20

Second class: (36+26)/2 = 62/2 = 31

Simillarly Find out for others............

Relative Frequency: Frequency/sample size (N)

For First class: 8/100 = 0.08

For second class: 15/100 = 0.15

And so on .....

Mean:

Mean = \frac{\sum Fi*Xi}{Total Frequency} = \frac{5091}{100} = 50.91

Standard deviation:

SD = \sqrt{\frac{1}{N} * \sum Fi(Xi-\bar{X})^2} = \sqrt{\frac{1}{100} * 31386.19} = 17.72

Variance:

VAR = \frac{1}{N} * \sum Fi(Xi-\bar{X})^2 = \frac{1}{100} * 31386.19 = 313.86

Table:

CI Frequency Xi Xi * Fi (Xi - \bar{X}) (Xi-\bar{X})2 Fi*(Xi-\bar{X})2 Rel. Freq Cumm. Freq.
