how many levels of complexity do you think is ideal for a video-game?

From my point of view 30 percentage of levels has to be for learning the game and remaining 70 percentage can be harder and tougher.

So dividing the whole game by 10 parts.

First 3 is for beginners and the remaining complex 7 levels is for experts choice.
