Recall that if NH is bonded, then

Nitrogne must have a tetrahedral structure, with a lone pair on top and 3 bonded speices ( C,C,H) on the bottom of the pyramid

C=O is always trigonal planar, since it must ahve 120° angles between all bonds

then

CH3-R --> must be tetrahedral, due to sp3 hybridization, 104°
