Which statement is false?

The "plus four" method is used when estimating a population proportion to obtain a more accurate confidence interval.

You can use Student's t distribution with both qualitative and quantitative data.

The error bound for a population mean (EBM) is sometimes called the margin of error.

When estimating a population mean, if the population standard deviation is unknown you should use Student's t distribution.
