Answer #1

Al has one unpaired electron. It has electronic configuration [Ne] 3s2 3p1.i.e 1 unpaired electron in p orbital.

O2- has no unpaired electron. It has electronic configuration of [He] 2s2 2p6.i.e all paired electrons with completely filled orbitals

Ca has no unpaired electron.Electronic configuration of Ca is [Ar] 4s2.Again no unpaired electrons.

Fe3+ has 5 unpaired electrons because it has configuration of [Ar] 3d5 and thus all five sub orbitals of 3d orbital are singly occupied acc to Hund's rule .So the answer is Fe3+
