Parallel sides of trapezoids are 12 ft and 16 ft.

Perpendicular distance between parallel sides = 7 ft.

Area of a trapezoid= (1/2)(12+16)× 7= 98 ft².

Total area of table top = 2× 98 ft² (Trapezoids are congruent)

= 196 ft².

Area of rectangular glass= 10× 12 ft ²

= 120ft²

Total area of wooden portion= (196-120)= 76ft².
