3.The possible effect of muscle fatigue is being experienced when muscles are unable to generate force.this occurs when muscle ATP is being in the process of metabolism of biochemicals.for example,sugar and fats.ATP generates muscle contraction.Muscle fatigue occurs when ATP is being depleted and results in strenuous exercise.there is also lactic acid accumulation and oxygen depletion.Muscle contraction are essential for muscles to function properly.this inability of a muscle to maintain tension is muscle fatigue. 4.I hypothesize that if blood would be restricted then i wouldn't be able to move my hand fingers as much or not at all.
