In SF4 , there are one Sulphur and four oxygen atoms. The E.C of sulphur is

16S ----->1S2,2S2,2P6,3S2,3P4.

There are six valence elctorns in sulphur. Fluorine is halogen and it contain 7 valence electrons. Therefore total valence electrons in SF4 = (6)+ (4 X 7)= 34 electrons.

Lewis structure of SF4 is as shown below. It contain 4 single bonds and 1 lone pair of electorns.
