IR stretchingh is depends on the strength of bond. stronger the bond more will be the stretching.

stronger bond requires more energy to stretch the bond.

in above mentioned bonds C-H bond is stronger so it needs more energy to stretch the bond.

so answer - C-H bond = option a)
