i have considered  Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory & Trompenaars’ Model of National Culture Differences for describing the culture of caribbean because in the first theory i would be able to see how values & members of society affected by caribbean culture & how much diversity is present in this culture in comparison of others. & the second theory describes the preferences this culture chooses among above points given & how they affect the management/work life or personal life.
