We have to first understand what each electrode is and what each electrode does.

The silver-silver chloride electrode consists of silver chloride paste (AgCl) in contact with silver (Ag) in a solution of potassium chloride (KCl). There is a porous plug in the cell, which acts as a salt bridge. The half reaction is as follows, where AgCl is reduced to Ag(s).

AgCl(s)+e\rightarrow Ag(s)+Cl^-(aq)

The standard hydrogen electrode is a bit mor complicated. It consists of a platinum rod immersed in a solution of 1M H+ and hydrogen gas bubbling over the platinum rod into the solution. he half reaction is as follows where, hydrogen gas is converted into H+ and electrons.
