The problems were in the vitality Health's old performance management system. The system was not given results on anything perfectly. The problems are,

  3. Hard to managers scored higher than other managers.

The case has observed a clear negligence by the R&D department. Research and Development wing of an organization always intended to work for the firm's development. The above drawback had observed in the firm due to the unethical or inefficient cooperation of R&D, Secondly, they were introducing a management observation, revised performance system, it also perform negatively in the organization.it affects in the organization as such, the potential problems with the revised performance system were a conspiracy between employers and managers., Highly talented employees put their mouth shut and quit, The system may not emerge fair, a decrease in teamwork and coordination.

The old performance management system didn't properly identify the best performers and poor performers. It leads to the low morality of employees, who really perform. Simply explain these criteria, if you have a team and some of the normal performers are announced as best performers and the actual ones not or appreciated as normal performers, the same scenario happened in the Vitality Health old performance management system. Here every manager and employee were affected and some good hands been revoked from the firm.
