Note: The skin gets thinner as the epidermis layer gets degraded with age and the elastic tissues like collagen and elastin gradually loose, so the skin gets loosen or less elastic.

Correct option: Vitamin A and Vitamin C

Note: Vitamin A or beta-carotenoid is a potent anti-oxidant which helps protect skin collagen from breaking down by UV ray. Also vitamin A stimulates growth of fibroblasts, which helps formation of skin layers. Vitamin C is important for collagen production, as it helps enzyme prolyl hydroxylase to form mature collagen.
