Answer and Explain all parts of this question. Spring on inclined plane problem.
This question needs to be solved in the reverse way of circuit sloving. i.e we should start from the equivalent circuit itself. The last step of finding eqivalent cicuit is the first step to find the potential difference.
Remember that current in series connection is the same
and the voltage in the parallel connection is the same, for
resistors.
This is most important thing to keep in mind while solving these
type circuits.
Now with the help of eqivalent resistance which is 3.5 ohm we get the value of total current = 0.779 Amps
hence moving forward we get the this eqivalent circuit was
parallel comination of tw0 resistors of 7.7 ohm.
As they are in parallel hence voltage is same so by V=IR we the
values of current in both the ciucuits as 0.389 Apms, taking V=3
and R=7.7ohm
Answer 1
further this 7.7ohm resistance was a series combination of three
resistors 3,2, 2.7 ohm
And in series we have same current. thus taking the value of I=
0.389, as calculated above, we get the P.D across 2.7 ohm resistor
as 1.0503V
And the voltage across 2 ohm resistor is 0.779V
Answer 2
The 2ohm resistor was combination of two 4ohm resistors in
parallel and in parallel resistors the voltaage is same.
further this 4ohm was a combintion of two 8ohm resistors in
paralle. Hence we have the P.D across both 8ohm resitors as
0.779 V
