A decision about the career is among one of the aspects which discriminate gender. Discrimination is practiced on a very scale depending upon the gender. A male gets a job easily as compared to that of women. there have been certain specific jobs which are particularly assigned for a specific gender. Also, a woman has to decide to opt for a job after considering the proximity, area, working environment, profile and the management of the company. A man, on the other hand, has to count only the increment and the better opportunities while opting for the job. It is this disparity which is very prevalent in society. Society distinguishes certain jobs to a certain gender on the basis of gender and not on working capabilities.
