Position:-VP_Charge-offs

Reports to:-Director Staffing

1. Primary Responsibilities:

Directing all people functions of the organization according to the policies and practices of the organization. VP would also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning and follow the policies, practices and trends within the industry to provide the organization with the best people talent available from inside and outside of the organization.

2. Essential Functions:

a. Protects interests of employees according to the company HR policies and government laws.

b. Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans to identify talent for various positions.

c. Establishes salary structure, pay policies, employee appraisal programs and benefit programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.

d. Establishes standard recruiting and training practices and procedures.

e. Establishes in-house training programs across various departments of the company to fill in the competency, knowledge and talent gaps.

3. Competencies:

a. Staffing expertise

b. Communication

c. Critical Evaluation

d. Ethical Practice

e. Relationship Management

4. Qualifications and Experience:

a. Masters or equivalent in Human Resources. Certificate programs/training in hiring trends and labour relations.

b. Broad knowledge of staffing, compensation, employee relations, training and development.

c. More than 10 years of experience in the above mentioned areas.
