A warehouse worker pushes a crate along the floor, as shown in the figure (Figure 1) , by a force of 8.0 N that points downward at an angle of 45 ∘ below the horizontal.

Part A) Find the horizontal component of the push. Your answer should be positive if the force is to the right, negative if the force is to the left.

Part B) Find the vertical component of the push. Your answer should be positive if the force is upward, negative if the force is downward.

Horizontal component = 8 * cos 45 = 5.66 N
you have not attached the figure. SO i dont know its towards left or right

B)
Vertical component = 8 * sin 45 = 5.66 N
It is acting downward
So Answer will be -5.66 N
